Paul makes a speciality of tax controversy and disputes among tax series entities, just like the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or State and Local Tax (SALT) organizations, and people, organizations, and corporations.
Other areas of exercise include criminal regulation, circle of relatives regulation, immigration regulation, transactional regulation, and wills and probate. Paul also does appellate work.
Paul is admitted to exercise in all nation courts of Texas, including the Supreme Court of Texas, as well as the Federal Northern District of Texas Court, the Federal Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court, the US Tax Court, the United States Immigration Court, and the United States Immigration Court of Appeals.
Growing up with a father who served as a Sergeant Major inside the Army, Paul broke family subculture and enlisted inside the Navy at 17. He travelled the world crossing the International Date Line and equator more than one times. He has constantly served in the Navy, Navy Reserve, or Coast Guard Auxiliary for almost four many years.
After serving inside the Navy, Paul lived in California before returning to Texas to get his BBA in accounting and incomes his CPA license.
Since then Paul has continued his love of studying and adventure. He is licensed as a personal pilot, a USCG Master Mariner, and a General Class Amateur Radio Operator (KD5JRU). He has 9 kids and expects his developing list of grandchildren to be epic. Instead of a mid-existence crisis, Paul returned to high school and graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law. He finished those achievements at the same time as running in lots of industries in growing roles of responsibility, most recently (even as in law school) as the Chief Financial Officer for 2 privately-held organizations.
