Paul Hickey is an experienced trial Lawyer. His career began as a regulation clerk for the Honorable James E. Barrett, United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Following his clerkship, Paul turned into a prosecutor for the Laramie County Lawyer’s Office. His exercise specializes in Energy Law.
