For almost 2 a long time, Patrick J. Tighe has been going up against and standing up to huge insurance businesses that don’t honor their promise to do the proper thing. The son of an insurance agent, and a former senior claims adjuster himself, Patrick saw firsthand how the large insurers worked: good claims not on time or even denied; critical accidents now not thoroughly compensated. Too many cases undervalued, and too many humans failed. The want to do something positive about that turned into what sparked Pat’s felony career.
A graduate of Villanova University and St. John’s University, School of Law, Patrick opened Patrick J. Tighe, P.A., his Florida practice in 2002 and this evolved into X1Law P.A. In the time due to the fact that, he has helped lots of individuals reap the recoveries they deserve. Leveraging his earlier revel in working the ‘other side,’ Pat is aware of the strategies and processes big insurers use to stall and impede claims — and makes sure they don’t work. An active member of his community, Patrick helped begin and fund the lacrosse program at Suncoast Community High School, in Palm Beach County, Florida.
