I am a founding companion of Thomas & Solomon LLP. Where I exercise entirely in employment regulation, first at a big firm advising employers, and then, seeing that 2000, as companion at Thomas & Solomon LLP representing employees. Currently, I pay attention my practice on countrywide wage and hour, class and collective movement litigation. I even have represented masses of heaps of employees, and recovered again wages ensuing in tens of thousands and thousands of dollars for the ones clients. I had been selected to be a mediator for america District Court for the Western District of New York and often mediates federal actions for the court.
I am also an govt committee member of the New York State Bar Association s Labor and Employment Law segment, and co-chairs the section s Wage and Hour Committee.
