Patricia Pearson joined GTH in 2001 and is a member of our Labor and Employment group and Defense Litigation group wherein she represents and advises customers in quite a few subjects consisting of employment regulation and merchandise legal responsibility. She particularly enjoys advising clients on all sorts of employment troubles that arise and operating with them to broaden sound employment policies with the aid of drafting employment files, including employee handbooks and non-compete agreements.
