Mrs. Klusmeyer focuses on presenting prison advice and compliance support to registered funding adviser clients. During her time at Parker MacIntyre considering that 2016 she has supplied compliance guidance to investment adviser and dealer-supplier clients, assisted with various regulatory filings, drafted compliance guidelines and processes, drafted agreements, helped put together responses to SEC and kingdom examinations, and represented customers in FINRA arbitration.
Mrs. Klusmeyer keeps familiarity and competence regarding latest tendencies in securities regulations, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and policies from federal and kingdom regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Labor. She has helped customers put in force tactics to conform with those developments. She frequently attends meetings with a purpose to preserve present day with industry rules, which include the 2018 National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) National Conference in Atlanta. She also routinely presents at seminars offered via Parker MacIntyre for registered investment advisers and adviser representatives. Past subjects have included RIA advertising on social media, custody on account of standing letters of authorization, and the now vacated Department of Labor fiduciary rule.
Mrs. Klusmeyer is certified to practice regulation within the kingdom of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts. She presently lives in Alpharetta together with her husband Alex and their puppy cat Romy. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, trekking, and attempting new recipes.
