Welcome! While I loved my paintings for the Georgia Child Support Commission, I missed representing customers and helping them resolve their cases. It is my purpose to assist my customer do what is excellent for his or her circle of relatives - particularly their kids. That is why I have joined the firm of Meriwether & Tharp, LLP, whose classified ads say Divorce is difficult, but it doesn t have to be nasty. I definitely trust this philosophy. First of all, the parties can attain an agreement in order to be higher for the family than what a decide might order. Second, it saves the customers cash. Third, it's far easier emotionally on the events and their youngsters.
I presently serve at the Children and the Courts Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. I even have also recently been asked to serve at the Parenting Time Committee for the Georgia Child Support Commission, to take a look at whether it s time for Georgia to undertake a parenting time method.
