About
Paola Canola started out her profession working in Colombian Museums in which she studied artwork conservation and recuperation inside the prestigious Universidad Externado de Colombia. She moved to the United States and earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Nova Southeastern University, where she also obtained her Juris Doctorate.
While attending law school Paola worked as a coaching assistant and completed an internship with a boutique intellectual property regulation office that specialize in trademark and patent law.
Upon graduating regulation college Paola specifically focused her exercise on trademark and industrial regulation assisting multinational and neighborhood corporations in developing branding techniques with the aid of dealing with and implementing their highbrow assets property. Her exercise also covered paintings on trademark litigation, copyright and unfair opposition, drafting licensing agreements and resolving domain call disputes through the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy court cases.
At Oppenheim Law, except counseling clients in intellectual belongings and company subjects, Paola is assisting clients in residential and industrial actual property topics including the sale and purchase of real assets, foreclosure protection, loan amendment and brief income.
