Noe is a companion with the Glasheen, Valles, Inderman & DeHoyos L.L.P. regulation frim. He has been training regulation in Lubbock in view that 1994 after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law. He acquired undergraduate stages with twin majors in both Spanish and History from Wayland Baptist University and taught college in Plainview, Texas, before attending law faculty.
Noe turned into born in a small metropolis out of doors Juarez, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States along with his family as migrant farm workers. He grew up in Plainview, Texas. His circle of relatives believed in education and all four of the Valles kids have now turn out to be naturalized citizens and all have graduated from university. Noe has targeted his practice on personal damage instances and handles the auto accident practice for our Lubbock workplace. He also serves the community having been at the Board of Managers of the University Medical Center County Hospital in Lubbock for 7 years, and having been elected Chairman of the Board of Managers in 2007.
Noe and his spouse Irma were married for two decades and have 2 youngsters Omar and Erica, who are each attending university.
Noe is certified to practice law in all nation courts in Texas and New Mexico. He is also licensed to practice regulation within the United States District Court for the Northern Districtand Eastern District of Texas.
