Nick has effectively represented small businesses and purchasers in class actions towards a number of the u . s .’s biggest agencies, obtaining multi-million-dollar consequences for his clients in venues from California to Florida. Nick is a member of the kingdom bars of Alabama and California and has been admitted to a couple of federal courts such as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been presented the highest Martindale-Hubbell score obtainable for ethics and expert potential.
Nick attended Indian Springs School in Birmingham and Wesleyan University in Connecticut. After college, Nick attended the University of Alabama School of Law where he obtained the Judge Henry Mize scholarship and served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Prior to starting Price Armstrong, LLC, Nick labored for a large protection company.
