A native of Lubbock, Texas, Nick obtained his Bachelor of Arts diploma from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pena then returned to his fatherland to achieve his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. Nick works out of our El Paso, TX workplace. He is certified to practice law in Texas and New Mexico.
