About
Neubia founded The Law Office of Neubia L. Harris, PLLC in 2018. Neubia has tremendous training law and civil litigation experience. Prior to founding the company, Neubia labored as an Associate Lawyer with boutique law office in which she practiced education law exclusively, and a Staff Lawyer at Legal Aid of North Carolina in which her practice spanned a lot of civil subjects. Neubia released her law practice to marry her passions of training law and being an entrepreneur.
Neubia obtained her undergraduate diploma in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her regulation degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Neubia is certified to practice inside the State Courts of North Carolina, in addition to america District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
In January 2019, Neubia posted Adequate Education: The Disregarded Fundamental Right and the Resurgence of Segregation of Public Schools within the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
In 2017, Neubia become one in every of only sixteen legal professionals inducted into the North Carolina Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Class. Currently, Neubia serves as Communications Committee Chair for the North Carolina Bar Association (“NCBA”), the Wellness Co-Chair for the Young Lawyer’s Division of NCBA, as a board member of the Wake Women s Lawyers and is a member of the Leadership and Lawyer Support Committees of the Wake County Bar Association.
Neubia is a local of Wilmington, North Carolina, and is actively involved with the Junior League of Raleigh. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their son, and their canine, traveling, reading and growing works of art.
