Neil A. Harris is the senior companion of the Center and is recognized as an expert in long term care and Medi-Cal planning throughout California. Mr. Harris has practiced Elder Law for over 25 years and is one in every of less than one hundred lawyers in California certified as an Elder Law Lawyer through the Elder Law Foundation. He is among an excellent smaller group of attorneys in the u . s . a . to be named as an Elder Law Fellow by way of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers (NAELA). He is identified as an splendid Elder Law Lawyer with the aid of his peers in both Martindale & Hubbell and Super Lawyers of Northern California. Mr. Harris is the past chairperson of the Elder Law Committee of the State Bar of California and a former member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estate Section of the State Bar of California.
