Over the closing 15 years, Mr. Miller has appeared on behalf of customers in over 1/2 of Kentucky’s one hundred twenty counties. The selection to no longer restriction his practice to at least one geographical area has given him a completely unique perspective and appreciation for the diverse neighborhood nuances that contain the Commonwealth’s criminal justice system. Born and raised in japanese Kentucky, he received his undergraduate degree in biology/chemistry at Georgetown College and attended regulation school at the University of Louisville. Before running as a public defender in Pineville and Morehead, he become a group of workers lawyer at the Transportation Cabinet’s Department of Highways for three years. He spent some other 3 years on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. crafting controlled substance and DUI legislation at the local, nation and federal stages. In 2013, he have become a certified practitioner of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing in Irvine, CA, and in 2016 attended the National Forensic College at Cardozo Law School in NYC.
