About
Nancy, a native Nashvillian, graduated inside the top of her regulation school class and become the Comments Editor on the Board of the Law Review. After commencement, she clerked for the Honorable Hewitt P. Tomlin on the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
Following that clerkship, Nancy served for 25 years as a career judicial law clerk to the Honorable George C. Paine, II (retired) and the Honorable Randal S. Mashburn. She has giant experience in all components of chapter 11 cases, commercial enterprise bankruptcies, and the exercise of regulation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She has authored severa bankruptcy associated articles and is a frequent presenter at seminars focused on financial ruin law and practice.
Nancy is likewise the Executive Director of Nonprofit Housing Corporation, Inc., a small nonprofit working to develop low cost housing in and around Middle Tennessee.
