I had the privilege of running as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Monmouth County Prosecutor s Office for over 26 years. During my tenure, I become assigned to the Appellate/Motion Section and served as the Director for PTI/Case Screening and Forfeiture. I additionally acted as the Municipal Prosecutor Supervisor for six years. My experience has given me a unique perception into the Criminal Justice System as well as the courtroom system. I am therefore eminently certified to handle Criminal Law appeals. I additionally cope with appeals related to DCPP findings of abuse and overlook as well as Domestic Violence subjects and Final Restraining Orders.
