I am a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1964 graduate of the University of Texas School of Business. Following graduation, I served inside the United States Army in the Army Security Agency and, after receiving a fee, inside the Army Artillery. I turned into released from responsibility after acquiring the rank of Captain. Then in 1969, I started out a forty-year exercise of regulation on the whole inside the Rio Grande Valley helping clients in industrial and commercial enterprise matters, such as litigation.
I turned into privileged to have served as President of the Cameron County Bar, an elected member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas, an appointed member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar Foundation and an appointed member of the Texas Supreme Court Grievance Oversight Committee.
