Thomas A. Fasel is a California licensed Lawyer, a Solicitor (Lawyer) in England & Wales and is the founding companion of Fasel Law. Mr. Fasel assists businesses and individuals facilitate pass-border transactions, foreign transactions and home transactions relating to global change and finance as well as supporting clients put in force worldwide contracts, acquire damages and achieve justice in global litigation. Mr. Fasel graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, Law School, acquiring his enormously specialised Master of Law (LL.M.) diploma in International and Comparative Law. Mr. Fasel earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Chapman University School of Law where he earned the CALI Award for excellence within the area of Professional Responsibility in addition to serving as an editor at the nationally diagnosed Nexus Journal of Opinion and working as a law clerk for the United States Lawyer, Central District of California. Prior to law faculty, Mr. Fasel labored as a Banker and Auditor.
