About
I have over twenty-four (24) years of giant experience within the regions of civil and criminal regulation in Alabama’s nation and federal courts at both the trial and appellate stages. Specializing in both civil and crook cases has given me a unique benefit over maximum lawyers because I actually have discovered strategies which are relevant to each disciplines of the regulation. For most of my prison profession, I even have had a BV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell peer review score. My practice areas had been criminal protection, nation and federal appellate exercise, in particular with an emphasis on loss of life penalty cases, sexual harassment, employment discrimination and retaliation, wrongful demise, private injuries, and malicious prosecution. In Alabama, five Death Row inmates have been exonerated. I effectively represented Wesley Quick, the fifth exoneree, on his appeal. I additionally worked with Barry Scheck and Nina Morrison from The Innocence Project to obtain the release of an Alabama inmate via DNA evidence.
