I am a small commercial enterprise lawyer. I help human beings start, finance, buy and promote corporations and franchises. I had been practicing for over 25 years now. Franchising has always been an important part of my exercise. My traditional customer is the individual that is shopping for a franchise for the primary time and I help them recognize their FDD; installation an entity for them; and evaluate and negotiate a hire if wanted, and possibly near their
SBA mortgage. I actually have also worked with franchisors who're just getting began in franchising and help them put together and sign up their FDD, where appropriate. New business owners are my number one customers. I will walk them thru all of the velocity bumps one encounters at the same time as getting a commercial enterprise up and jogging. I particularly like working with veterans who are investigating commercial enterprise ownership or franchising for the first time. As a vet myself, I can respect how military carrier shapes the manner vets see things and I assist them to apprehend the different components of civilian lifestyles that comes with enterprise ownership.
