Edwin A. Anderson has treated Social Security Disability and SSI claims constantly due to the fact that 1998. Originally from California, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.
Mr. Anderson has been named a “Top Lawyer” by Knoxville’s CityView Magazine seven times. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Knoxville, the City’s oldest and biggest carrier organization. He is a beyond-Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International’s Knoxville Alumni Chapter and serves as an alumni guide for the Sanford Chapter on the University of Tennessee College of Law and the Watson, Jr. Chapter at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. Ed is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
Ed is admitted to practice earlier than all Tennessee State Courts and all California State Courts, america District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Central District of California. He is admitted to practice earlier than the U.S. Tax Court and on June 4, 2007 was admitted by way of Chief Justice John Roberts to exercise earlier than the Supreme Court of the US.
