Morgen s exercise consists of general corporate work (including formation, governance and financing), alcohol enterprise licensing, intellectual property regulation (that specialize in trademark and copyright safety, licensing and enforcement), trusts and estates, and illustration of banks, consumers and sellers in industrial and home actual estate transactions. Morgen started her prison practice in 1999 at a big worldwide Wall Street law office where she specialized in personal and syndicated secured, unsecured and established financings inside the New York and Hong Kong offices. Morgen acquired her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999 wherein she turned into Senior Editor of the Law Review and become invited to sign up for the Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from Bard College in 1990. She is admitted to exercise in New York.
