Lawyer Morgan Stippel is an associate legal professional and member of the Litigation Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Stippel focuses her practice on condemnation and eminent area, business litigation, and coverage defense.
Ms. Stippel often represents clients in kingdom and federal civil litigation subjects, consisting of condemnation opinions, business disputes, series actions, forty two U.S.C. § 1983 litigation, and defective domestic instances. She has revel in assisting clients navigate all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
While in college, Ms. Stippel interned for her hometown’s Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Minnesota’s biggest company of home violence services, Tubman. While in regulation college, she participated within the Family Court Clinic with the Economic Justice Institute and interned for Judge William M. Conley in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Ms. Stippel’s various reviews earlier than coming into the practice taught her the way to communicate correctly, build sturdy relationships, and provide tailor-made representation to her customers.
During her time on the University of Wisconsin Law School, Ms. Stippel served at the Executive Boards for the Mock Trial Team, the Student Bar Association, and The Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. Ms. Stippel was also a member of the Moot Court Board.
In her free time, Ms. Stippel enjoys spending excellent time with family and friends, practising yoga, and attending Badger and Packer football games.
