Ms. Iqbal is a former Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where she represented the authorities in immigration instances. She also previously served as a crook prosecutor, which has furnished her with a deep expertise of the impact of criminal convictions on immigration blessings.
