Mr. Arons is a founding member of Arons & Solomon, P.A. He has been practicing circle of relatives law completely due to the fact 1991 and is well known inside the legal community as a matrimonial lawyer with robust skills in negotiation, litigation, mediation and collaborative law. He has a strong heritage in finance and commercial enterprise, graduating with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from Emory University Law School, he back to North Jersey for a prestigious clerkship with Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano. Early in his profession he targeted on actual estate and transactional law at a outstanding law office in Paramus, New Jersey. He and Marion Solomon co-founded Arons & Solomon in 1995. He has been a certified mediator due to the fact 1995. He has been the chairman of the Bergen County Settlement Panel for more than fifteen years. In 2006 he co- founded Collaborative Divorce Association of North Jersey, previously the North Jersey Collaborative Practice Group.
