Mitchell J. Lipcon has been a working towards civil attorney in Miami-Dade County for over 40 years. He received his bachelor’s diploma at San Diego State University in 1962, and, went directly to reap his regulation diploma at the University of Miami in 1965. He become one of the legal professionals appointed, through the Government of Bolivia, to symbolize Bolivian youngsters killed in a tragic aircraft crash in La Paz.
