Ms. Richter is a graduate of The University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, where she changed into Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. Her experience consists of a prestigious internship at the United States Patent and Trademark Office underneath the tutelage of now TTAB Judge Thomas Shaw. Ms. Richter is also General Counsel to the Harvey Milk Foundation wherein, among other topics, she handles the worldwide protection and exposure rights of the slain homosexual rights activist on behalf of the Milk own family and the Foundation. She also has substantial experience protective brands in the fantastically competitive gaming enterprise. Prior to regulation college, Ms. Richter was a molecular biology researcher and teacher and has taught felony writing and studies to paralegal students. She lectures to the non-IP criminal community on trademark law and brand safety and has published on trademark utility fraud standards as well as fashionable intellectual property safety subjects.
