Lawyer Michael Vaghaiwalla grew up inside the Central Florida place and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Thereafter, Michael began his legal profession running as a paralegal with a prominent corporation in Orlando managing medical malpractice, wrongful death, standard negligence, and product legal responsibility instances. Michael’s achievement as a paralegal furthered his choice to assist human beings and led him to wait regulation college.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law. Based on his brilliant legal research and writing competencies, Michael was decided on to analyze and draft a great section of an Amicus Brief that became filed with america Supreme Court on a historic public interest problem. Michael also wrote a public hobby article that become posted via the Orlando Sentinel that received country wide recognition from Kaiser Health News.
Michael spent a big portion of his time in law college giving returned to the community by donating his time and efforts to Florida State’s Public Interest Law Center where he helped medically fragile youngsters achieve get admission to to healthcare. Michael maintains to actively pursue possibilities to present returned to the community.
Michael now turns his practice to advocating for people in all regions of circle of relatives regulation. Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Central Florida Family Law American Inn of Court. Michael is certified to exercise in all Florida trial courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
