Mr. Vieira is a member of the American Bar and Hawai`i State Bar Associations.
Mr. Vieira served as a civilian attorney with the USA Navy Judge Advocate General Corps wherein he assisted servicemembers and army dependents with various criminal problems which includes own family law, property planning, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act problems, consumer law and landlord-tenant disputes and was identified via the Navy as a subject remember professional on foreclosures and real assets problems related to military.
Mr. Vieira served as regulation clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Alm, First Circuit Court, August 2004 – August 2005.
Mr. Vieira serves as an arbitrator within the State Court Annexed Arbitration Program. He has provided help and education to navy agencies on prison troubles involving the navy and government safety clearance problems and participated in radio interviews on regarding green building and sustainable development. He has served as a director of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association, the University of Oregon Alumni Association and is a member of the Hawaii Chapter of the USA Green Building Council.
