Michael P. Smith s penchant for thoughtful evaluation first expressed itself in a four-year stint as a instructor of calculus, but found its remaining expression as he followed his father s footsteps into a career of regulation. In over many years of practice, Michael Smith has attempted nearly 70 instances inside the court. Mr. Smith has efficaciously implemented his mathematical background in studying complex product liability and medical instances. He has published a number of articles on numerous prison subjects and has been active as a charge arbitrator for the Bar Association of Baltimore City. Michael Smith has also served on the Baltimore City Foster Care Review Board.
