Mr. Katz is practising attorney in Colorado and is a senior associate and dealing with member of Corporon & Katz, LLC. Mr. Katz has been training regulation for over 35 years at some point of which time he has restrained his practice to the regions of franchise, actual estate and enterprise regulation. He represents franchisors and franchisees from across the United States and has customers in Europe and Australia. He is an active member of the American Bar Association subcommittees on Franchising and Business.
