He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice ( formerly Pa trial lawyers) a previous Chairman of the Pennsylvania Statewide Bar Association Health and Hospital Law Committee, American Trial Lawyer Association and a member and frequent lecturer for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), the National Other Party Liability Group and the National Healthcare Anti fraud Association. Mike also affords the yearly Liens and Subrogation seminars for the Pa Trial attorneys association and is a Contributing Editor to the Thompson West Coordination of Benefits Handbook.
