Mr. Wartko become born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He attended high school at Archbishop Hoban in Akron, Ohio earlier than entering the political science application on the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. While on the college, Mr. Wartko became a member of the mock trial application and an govt council member of the Beta Iota chapter of Sigma Nu fraternity. Upon commencement, Mr. Wartko attended Western Michigan University s, Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in regulation college, Mr. Wartko interned for a own family law exercise, wherein he first gained an hobby in the vicinity of own family law. After law college, Mr. Wartko took an externship on the Canton Law Department wherein he focused on criminal prosecution.
