About
Michael is a former prosecutor who has come to research that the noble ideals of the criminal justice machine are striven for more regularly than they're achieved.
He focuses his exercise solely on criminal law in order that he can assist those accused of a crime — regularly everyday, ordinary people — ensure that their rights are venerated and they receive a honest possibility to be heard.
Michael served as a deputy district lawyer on the Tulare County District Lawyer’s Office where he won experience in jury trials, bench trials in juvenile court, arguing motions in criminal instances, and negotiating plea agreements. Before that, he finished the Volunteer Prosecutor Lawyer Program on the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office.
Michael received his Law Degree from Whittier Law School in which he excelled in interscholastic trial advocacy competitions and served as President of the School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Board. During regulation faculty, Michael also worked as a law clerk for the District Lawyer’s Offices of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.
Michael is admitted to the State Bar of California.
