Mike is graduate of Davidson College and the University of North Carolina School of Law, and spent the early years of his criminal profession at a couple of global law places of work representing the country’s largest banks and groups, public officials, and authorities officers and entities. Mike’s industrial litigation experience consists of complicated contractual disputes, business torts, warranty claims, employment issues, and white-collar investigations and defense. A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officer before attending regulation school, Mike also represents public officials and government agencies in liability defense, employment, and other police problems. In 2015, Mike become inducted into the American Society of Legal Advocates and diagnosed as one of the Top 40 Under forty litigation attorneys in the State of North Carolina.
