Michael represents organizations and people in a wide style of topics, consisting of complicated and general commercial litigation, appellate litigation, business litigation, professional malpractice, non-compete litigation, and real estate litigation. Michael was born and raised in South Florida and finished his undergraduate research at Florida State University, in which he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in both entrepreneurship and advertising.
Michael acquired his Juris Doctorate degree along with a Certificate in Business Law with Honors from the Florida State University College of Law. In law school, Michael was provided for Distinguished Pro Bono Service, acquired the Antitrust Law Book Award, and took part in an externship with the Florida Department of Corrections Office of the General Counsel that allowed him to advantage actual international litigation experience.
Prior to becoming a member of Stok Kon + Braverman, Michael honed his litigation capabilities at a boutique commercial enterprise litigation company in which he represented companies and marketers in various country and federal commercial and business litigation matters. Michael could be very detail-orientated and prides himself on operating closely together with his customers to no longer simplest provide them with the only and efficient prison illustration, but to also broaden a success commercial enterprise solutions and forward-wondering techniques.
