Michael’s practice is targeted on civil litigation, which includes disputes regarding employmentpersonal harm, medical malpractice, housing, and civil rights law. Prior to joining Lesser, Newman & Nasser, Michael practiced at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights in Boston, Massachusetts, wherein he represented sufferers of race and national beginning discrimination. Before working towards at the Lawyers’ Committee, Michael practiced employment regulation in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, California. In addition to training regulation, Michael has taught prison writing and studies at American University Washington College of Law, Golden Gate University School of Law, and New England Law Boston, and he has taught undergraduate courses at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and at Bay Path University. When not litigating, coaching, or enjoying time together with his own family, Michael dedicates time to neighborhood non-earnings companies and indulges in track and political activism (see, e.g., @mikealeo).
