Lawyer Mike Payne’s legal exercise focuses on representing financial institutions, non-public lenders, agencies and people in complex commercial actual property and financing transactions. Mike also assists his clients with the establishment, explanation and enforcement of creditors’ rights.

Mike formerly served on the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association, the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Chapter of the Risk Management Association, and as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Weld Community Foundation. Mike is a graduate of the inaugural elegance of Leadership Northern Colorado and is a beyond President of the Byron White Chapter of the American Inn of Court. Currently, he serves at the Board of Directors for the Windsor Community Foundation.
Mike is a proud two-time graduate of the University of Kansas, having acquired each his B.A. and J.D.
