Mr. Menefee focuses his exercise in the areas of circle of relatives law, mediation, criminal defense, enterprise litigation, and collections. Before university, he joined the United States Navy, wherein he labored as an Operations Specialist on board the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson. During law school, Mr. Menefee labored as a scholar teacher coaching Advanced Appellate Advocacy and coached a University of Tennessee mock trial crew. Mr. Menefee has appeared on behalf of customers in almost every county in Tennessee. Mr. Menefee represents people and agencies at each the trial and appellate ranges. His exercise ranges from nation court instances to the maximum complicated federal matters. In addition to his trial exercise, Mr. Menefee is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator and guest lecturer for the National Business Institute in which he conducts persevering with prison training for attorneys and different specialists.
