Michael A. Lindstadt, Esq. was raised in West Babylon, New York, in which his mom became a waitress and his father changed into a chippie. From a young age he labored and had a ardour for writing and justice. Like many of us early on he become exposed to several heartbreaking own family reports: a grandfather who exceeded away even as receiving a loss of medical interest from a physician nurses nicknamed, “The Midnight Marauder”, as he purposely visited sufferers late at night to avoid questions from concerned circle of relatives individuals; an uncle concerned in an auto collision that resulted in spinal surgical treatment and permanent disability; a grandmother who tripped and fell because of a marketplace owner’s negligence, causing her to suffer a fractured hip, surgical treatment and long rehabilitative treatment; a father compelled out of work because of a disabling health situation. Personal experiences together with those created passions in Michael for loyalty, responsibility, difficult paintings, information of others, and overcoming inequality. With willpower Michael attended St. John s University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and changed into a member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. He later earned a scholarship to attend Hofstra University School of Law, and become elected as the scholar Editor-in-Chief of the Family Court Review, a booklet of Blackwell Publishing. In addition he earned internships for judges in each the NY State Supreme Court and Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York. Michael began working towards regulation at Kopff Nardelli & Dopf, LLP, at the time one of Manhattan s optimum medical malpractice protection companies, where he represented doctors and hospitals along with Memorial Sloan-Kettering and Lenox Hill Hospital. Michael labored under the tutelage of famous trial attorney Glenn W. Dopf, Esq. Thereafter Michael expanded his areas of exercise to creation law.
