Mr. Brodsky earned his Bachelor s Degree in English from the University of California at Berkeley, with maximum honors in English and maximum distinction in standard scholarship, graduating first in his class and incomes the University Medal as the most distinguished graduate of 1994. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Yale Law School in 2001 and clerked for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson at the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit in 2001–2002.
Prior to completing his undergraduate and regulation levels, Mr. Brodsky was a production sub-contractor within the San Francisco Bay Area for fourteen years, putting in ceramic tile, marble, and granite in big business construction projects.
Mr. Brodsky served as a city council member and Mayor of the City of Albany, California within the 1990 s.
