I view my role as supporting my clients apprehend what the prison machine can and cannot do in resolving their disputes with their partner or former spouse, making sure that they attain an equitable resolution in their dispute, and assisting them in dealing with the emotional turmoil that regularly accompanies a divorce or post divorce complaints. My purpose is to avoid unnecessarily increasing the tension level between the events, or to “pour fuel on the hearth” genuinely to meet a misdirected purchaser, and thereby growth the animosity (and prison fees) to everyone. However, while justified, I will thoroughly and aggressively pursue all avenues of alleviation for my customers.
