About
Max Neuhaus is a partner within the organization that specialize in wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, commercial enterprise, and real property. Aside from his non-public practice, Max serves as a Wisconsin Supreme Court appointed Special Investigator, in addition to a Judge appointed trustee, mediator, and guardian ad litem in instances in which children were injured. Over the years, Max has served the community as President of the River Falls Chamber of Commerce, President of the Pierce County Economic Development Corporation, President of the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, and President of the St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program.
Max seems in the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 versions of Super Lawyers Magazine and has also been inducted into the Wisconsin Pro Bono Honor Society more than one instances. Max currently sits on the Editorial Board of Wisconsin Lawyer Magazine and the River Falls Economic Development Corporation and is a present day nominee in the 2020 edition of Best Lawyers in America for his Trusts and Estate exercise.
When not operating with clients, Max enjoys spending time with his family in and across the River Falls community.
