His clients consist of influencers/content creators, podcast producers/hosts, musicians and songwriters, TV/movie writers and producers, advertising, advertising and marketing and start-up companies. His specialties consist of negotiation and file drafting social media, emblem partnership and collaboration agreements, manufacturing offerings agreements, option agreements and recording contracts, distribution agreements, talent control agreements, as well as intellectual assets registration and enforcement, entity formation, licensing and publishing agreements.
Max graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2013 and is certified to practice in both the State of California and State of New York. Growing up in and around the LA leisure enterprise, Max has always been obsessed on leisure as art, and relishes the possibility to assist proficient, innovative people make clever selections to protect their content material, their brand and themselves. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California-Santa Barbara and prefers to be in the mountains as lots as feasible.
