Matthew E. Scafidi, a native of Sudbury, Massachusetts, currently lives in out of doors of Boston, Massachusetts along with his spouse and three daughters. He obtained a B.S. from Providence College. Prior to regulation faculty, Mr. Scafidi become the Latin American Business Development Manager for International Electronics, Inc., of Canton, Massachusetts earlier than spending 4 years in New York operating for the PGA Tour. Thereafter, Mr. Scafidi matriculated at New England Law where he received his J.D. While at New England Law, Mr. Scafidi based the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Organization.
Prior to partnering with James Juliano, Mr. Scafidi ran his personal regulation exercise and also served as Of Counsel to Perry, Krumsiek & Jack. Before that, he was an Associate with two personal corporations in Boston, Downing & Flynn and Shaevel & Krems. In the beyond, Mr. Scafidi’s exercise areas have included civil litigation, real estate management, actual property improvement, and industrial leasing.
Currently, Mr. Scafidi focuses nearly all of his efforts within the area of residential real property regulation representing shoppers, dealers, lenders and builders. His company additionally practices industrial real property, rental regulation, commercial enterprise transactions, land use/zoning, wills/property planning, and civil litigation (inclusive of, amongst other things, business litigation, actual property litigation, and landlord-tenant matters).
