MATTHEW P. ALBANESE is the founding lawyer of Albanese Law, LLC in Milton and concentrates his exercise in estate making plans, elder regulation, probate and disability regulation.
He served as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers in 2019 and is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Norfolk County Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association and Massachusetts Guardianship Association. Mr. Albanese also served as the Chair of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers’ twenty fourth Annual Elder Law Institute and has written articles on property making plans and frequently lectures at the faculty for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) focusing on property planning strategies and long-term care making plans. Mr. Albanese received his undergraduate diploma from Providence College, his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management.
Prior to his employ in non-public practice, Mr. Albanese served because the Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts House of Representatives Committee on Medicaid. A staunch advocate for seniors, he led the attempt to enlarge the senior work off tax application in his community and has testified before the country legislature and government corporations on subjects affecting the best of lifestyles for the ageing and disabled populace.
