MATTHEW L. WILSON is a companion at Martin Law and has practiced Pennsylvania workers’ repayment regulation completely for more than 25 years. He started his career representing corporations with the City of Philadelphia, major coverage companies and self-insured groups. After Mr. Wilson’s association with two essential protection companies, he became recruited by using his partners in 1993 to shield the rights of injured workers. In the spring of 2015, Mr. Wilson have become a certified professional in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation by the PA Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as legal through the PA Supreme Court. He frequently lectures to different legal professionals, doctors and insurance groups on employees’ repayment in a lot of concern areas. For the ultimate 10 years he has co-authored the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Workers’ Compensation Practice and Procedure Manual, which is thought among attorneys and judges because the “bible” on people’ repayment law. Since 1997, Mr. Wilson has been a featured speaker at the biennial “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation” seminar. He has also provided a couple of lectures on the spring and fall conferences of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Section as well as the statewide biannual practice and system software. Mr. Wilson has served on the Workers’ Compensation Law Section Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association for the reason that 2007 and is the on the spot past Chair of the organization.
