Matthew is a member of Parr Brown’s Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law team. Before becoming a member of Parr Brown, he became a associate at every other Salt Lake regulation office. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
