Matt Kaiser has represented masses of clients thru some of the most difficult times in their lives. Matt has represented corporate executives and parents living on the streets. He has represented huge agencies in sophisticated civil cases, and people in less complex subjects.

He has defended human beings accused of virtually each form of federal crime together with tax evasion, bribery, fraud, drug dealing, arson, weapons costs, and violating export controls. Matt has helped human beings with trials, appeals, and submit conviction petitions, and he has represented human beings and agencies in each country and federal courts.

Matt Kaiser is a magna cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he become the Senior Articles Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. Immediately following graduation, he clerked for The Honorable Catherine C. Blake on the United States District Court for the District
of Maryland. He become an Assistant Federal Public Defender inside the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Maryland. He has been an attorney at major regulation places of work inside the District of Columbia - Williams & Connolly LLP and Zuckerman Spaeder LLP. Matt graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with departmental honors from The College of Wooster, and holds a Masters Degree in Philosophy from Tulane University.

Matt has written on a number of topics in crook law and system. His courses have appeared inside the Legal Times, The National Law Journal, and The Georgetown Law Journal. He is a member of the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court, an invitation-most effective expert organisation committed to white collar criminal exercise.

Matt is admitted to practice regulation in Maryland, Washington, D.C., the United States District Courts in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
