Mr. Holt handles all elements of immigration law. He frequently represents customers in Immigration Court and on attraction with reference to asylum, bond eligibility, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status. He additionally represents clients with consular processing and employment-based immigration. His unwavering commitment to justice and dedication to clients have led to exemplary results in even the maximum hard instances.
As part of Mr. Holt s commitment and ardour for immigration law, he's an energetic member of the San Diego Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and works with the San Diego Immigrant Rights Consortium and the American Bar Association s Immigrant Justice Project. He works with the neighborhood media and individuals of the U.S. Congress at the neighborhood stage and in Washington, DC, to promote immigration reform. He speaks publicly concerning immigration law and immigration reform. He has spoken at AILA meetings, the San Diego County Bar Association, California Western School of Law, and Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
